SPAIN  RETURNS

Good news! We now offer free returns for Spain orders via CORREOS.

To return your items via CORREOS here’s what to do:

  1. Returns must be sent back within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
  2. Fill in all the relevant details on the returns note found in your order ensuring you fill in the reason code for each item you want to return or exchange.
  3. Re-pack the item(s) in the original packing. Please ensure items are unworn, that the original tags are attached and that you’ve included the completed returns note in your parcel. Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, all underwear is non-refundable or returnable.
  4. Returns are free via CORREOS’s 48 hour trackable service. Please use the pre-printed CORREOS free returns label enclosed in your order and ensure you get a proof of postage receipt. Your tracking number is on this receipt – please keep this safe until after your order has been refunded.
  5. We aim to process the refund within 3-8 working days of receiving your parcel.

We do also accept returns via other trackable services however the cost must be covered by the customer. Please ensure you keep the proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for lost mail. If you wish to use another trackable service please return your items to:

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international returns the cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please follow the steps below to return your items from overseas:

  1. Returns must be sent back within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
  2. Fill in all the relevant details on the returns note in your order ensuring you fill in the reason code for each item you want to return or exchange.
  3. Re-pack the item(s) in the original packing. Please ensure items are unworn, that the original tags are attached and that you’ve included the completed returns note in your parcel.

Please send your return to the address below using a trackable service and ensure you keep proof of postage until after your refund has been processed. We cannot be responsible for lost mail.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We try to turn around the exchange or refund within 10-14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date you send the item back.

Refunds
Once we have completed your return we will email you letting you know whether we have carried out a refund or exchange.

All refunds are via the original method of payment. It typically takes 3 – 5 working days from the date we make the refund for it to appear in your PayPal balance or on your credit/debit card. This varies depending on the issuer and can be longer for international issuers.

Please bare in mind that multiple orders sent in the same returns parcel may take longer to process than normal.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or different colours of the same item. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style please request a refund following the process above and purchase the new style in a separate order

If you do want to exchange an item for a different size or colour you have 28 days from when you received your parcel. Simply post it to our returns address, with a note on the invoice of the new item you’d like.

We’ll do the exchange when your item reaches us – don’t worry; you won’t need to pay postage again. Please note that all exchanges are sent via our Standard Delivery service.

SALE ITEMS

You can return sale items for an exchange or refund within 28 days of receiving them – exactly the same as any other item. Just follow the same steps mentioned above.

If you’re returning something during sale (it gets very busy), please allow a little time for your return to be processed.
